But before we talk about machines and technologies, let's figure out what exactly we're working with. Because not all metals are the same. What's suitable for an embedded part isn't suitable for a pump shaft. And what's good for a roof won't withstand the weight of an excavator bucket.

We work with our proven material

We don't work "to order" with unknown metals. All rolled products processed are stored in our St. Petersburg warehouse. We have an indoor facility and strict accounting. Each batch is certified according to GOST. This means we always know what we're cutting, how hard it is, and how it will perform during bending or welding.

Sheet metal products are the basis of basics

The sheet is used for everything from container walls to decorative panels. We carry:

• Hot-rolled sheet – thickness from 1.5 to 160 mm. The most popular material for metal structures and mechanical engineering. We cut with a guillotine (up to 12 mm) and gas (anything thicker).

• Cold-rolled sheet – 0.5–3 mm. Smooth surface, excellent geometry. Suitable for stamping and painting without preparation.

• Galvanized sheet — 0.45–3 mm, coating up to 275 g/m². Roofing, facades, corrugated sheets. Important: bending without damaging the zinc — a special tool on a press.

• Corrugated sheet - 2.5-10 mm. Lentil, diamond. Anti-slip flooring for pedestrian areas and platforms.

• Expanded metal sheet (EMS) – 3–5 mm. Lightweight, ventilated, for fencing and skylights.

The grades we work with: st3, st20, 09G2S, 10HSND, stainless steel 12Kh18N10T, galvanized.

What we do with it: we cut it to size, bend it into boxes and channels, drill holes for fasteners, and countersink it. The sheet metal is used to make embedded parts, gussets, flanges, ceilings, steps, and housings.

Rolled products - load and rigidity

No frame can be built without beams, channels, angles, and rebar. We have in stock:

• I-beams - numbers 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 25, 30. Series B, K, Sh, M. Under any load. We cut with gas, drill for bolted connections.

• Channels — No. 6.5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16. Hot-rolled (U) and with parallel edges (P). For posts, frames, ceilings.

• Equal-angle corners – from 25×25 to 125×125, thickness 3–8 mm. For lightweight structures, gussets, frames.

• Reinforcement – A1 and A3, diameter 6–28 mm. Cut to size, bend, knit.

• Strip — 20×4…50×5. For reinforcements and embedded parts.

• Circle - diameter 10–210 mm (standard and calibrated). Used for shafts, axles, spindles, and workpieces for turning.

We process all of this using gas cutting, drilling, countersinking, and thread cutting (on a circle up to 210 mm).

Pipe rolling – from water to oil

Pipes are the second-largest material after sheet metal. In stock:

• Electric-welded round pipes — from 10 to 1420 mm according to GOST 10704, 10705, 10706. For water and gas pipelines, supports, frames. We roll into arcs and shells (up to 100 mm pipe, up to 12 mm sheet), cut with gas.

• VGP (water and gas) - 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 according to GOST 3262-75. For plumbing and heating. We cut threads on them - metric and pipe, up to 4 inches.

• Profile pipes – square and rectangular, from 15x15 to 140x140, wall thickness 1.5–6 mm. Used for frames, canopies, gates, stairs. We roll, drill, and cut to size.

• Seamless cold-formed – according to GOST 8734-75. For high pressures and critical components.

• Socketless SML – special pipes for sewerage. Available in stock.

Stainless steel – where corrosion matters

Food industry, chemistry, architecture, medicine. We hold:

• Sheet - 0.5–3.9 mm from 12Х18Н10Т, 08Х18Н10, AISI 304, 316, 430.
• Circles, strips, pipes – made to order.

We laser cut—the edge is perfect, no scale. We bend, drill, and thread.

Non-ferrous metals - conductivity, lightness, appearance

• Aluminum — AD31, AMg2, AMg6. Sheets, plates, rods, pipes. For facades, electrical panels, lightweight structures. Cut with a band saw — burr-free.
• Copper — M1, M2, M1r. Electrical buses, sheets, pipes, rods, tape. For busbars, grounding, heat exchangers.
• Brass — L63, LS59-1. Sheets, rods, pipes. Plumbing, decorative parts.
• Bronze – rods, bushings, sheets. For plain bearings and guides.

Special steels for difficult conditions

• Tool – U8A, U10A, Kh12MF, 9HS, KhVG, SHKh15, R6M5. For stamps, drills, taps, bearings.
• Structural alloyed steels – 40X, 30XGSA. Shafts, gears, bolts for critical applications.
• Wear-resistant Hardox 400/450 – for buckets, bodies, linings. We cut with gas.
