Frameless, prefabricated homes designed by Alexstroy offer significant advantages over other custom-designed options, making them a key factor when choosing materials and technology for building your own hangar.

Distinctive features
- Minimum turnkey construction time.
- Low thermal conductivity.
- A highly durable structure that is resistant not only to foundation subsidence and various deformations, but also to strong earthquakes and much more.
Today, amenities frameless prefabricated buildings, are used in many countries, including ours. The maximum performance of this technology, including the rapid construction of frameless arches, significantly increases the demand for this service from Alexstroy in many regions of the Republic of Belarus.
Our craftsmen begin the construction of a frameless hangar in the company's production workshop, where all the components of the planned project are assembled. Initially, the structural elements are assembled and can be treated with fire-retardant and bioseptic agents. Highly qualified specialists at Alexstroy prepare the arched wall panels, metal structures for the interior floors, and other components of the future structure.
Meanwhile, the plinth and foundation are being prepared at the construction site. Depending on the soil conditions, various foundation options can be used (pile-and-grillage, monolithic slab, monolithic strip). The plinth can be made from a variety of materials: cement-sand blocks, concrete blocks, brick, and other building materials.

After the base and foundation are completed, Alexstroy workers deliver the frameless storage unit and begin installation.
Floors are assembled inside the building (if any). Installation work is carried out on interior and exterior walls, panels (shields). Concealed utility lines (inside the floors and walls) are installed according to the plan.
For example, heating and sewerage, plumbing and electrical wiring.
Roofing work is eliminated, as the frameless technology combines the functions of the roof and walls in a single structure.

Insulation
Having completed the main stages of the construction process of a frameless prefabricated house, our specialists move on to Polyurethane foam insulation for buildingsAt this stage, the roof, ceilings, and walls are filled with insulation using a vapor barrier film, after which blockhouse, drywall, or any other finishing materials are installed on the ceilings and walls.
Using a foam-based overlay facade, the project can be given an exclusive European look or the style of a Russian estate. It's worth noting that all of the above processes can be carried out simultaneously. While the kit is being manufactured in Alexstroy's production facility, the plinth and foundation are being erected on-site. Once the arched metal structures are installed, exterior and interior work can be carried out simultaneously, significantly reducing the construction time for a frameless structure.
The final stage
At the final stage of all work on the order, Alexstroy employees inspect and check all hangar components. It's worth emphasizing that the interior finishing options for the completed structure are simply limitless. The client can construct interior partitions, create utility rooms, and more.
Alexstroy has been building frameless homes for quite some time, using highly efficient technological solutions and modern equipment to achieve a high professional standard.
